Most pets are welcome at Arbors. Birds, fish, small caged mammals, and one dog and/or one cat, two cats, or two dogs, households with two dogs cannot exceed a combined weight of 40 lbs, are permitted. The following breeds of dogs are prohibited: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, and any dog-wolf mix. Dogs are only permitted in buildings 2940,2920, 2900 and 2860 on the property becuase of this not all floors plans are available in our dog friendly locations. These include the beech, birch, birch deluxe, sycamore and cedar floor plans.
